Grant L. Davis graduated from the UMKC Law School in 1987 and is currently a partner with the law firm of Davis, Bethune & Jones, L.L.C. in Kansas City, Missouri. He has been named to the "Best Lawyers in America". He is on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys as well as on the Executive Committee. Grant has obtained eight separate jury verdicts in excess of $1,000,000 during the last 6 years.
Scott S. Bethune
Scott S. Bethune is a founding member of the law firm of Davis, Bethune & Jones, LLC in Kansas City, MO. Mr. Bethune received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee-Martin in 1985 and received a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1988. Mr. Bethune is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri and the District of Kansas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits.
Thomas C. Jones
Thomas C. Jones, a partner in the Kansas City, Missouri firm of Davis, Bethune & Jones, L.L.C., concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, with extensive experience in railroad crossing litigation throughout the country. He has obtained numerous jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients which were in excess of $1 million dollars. Shawn Foster
Shawn G. Foster is a graduate of Smith Cotton High School in Sedalia, Missouri. He received his Bachelor's of Science in Business administration with an emphasis in finance and his Master's of Science in Industrial Management from Central Missouri State University. He graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in May 1998 where he was a member of the UMKC Law Review and National Trial Advocacy Team. Shawn was selected into "The Order of Barristers" for his skills in trial advocacy.
Jose M. Bautista
Jose M. Bautista received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Upon completion of his legal education, he served as a prosecutor for the Madison County State's Attorney's Office in Illinois. He also served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Michael W. Manners of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri.
